
Health is wealth' as the old saying goes.
Many people, I notice from my clinical practice are totally unaware what it is that creates a good state of health.
The aspect of proper nutrition is overlooked as so many are imagining they are eating healthily.
There are many diets aimed at losing weight but very few work. Every year there are more, with most unusual names usually endorsed by a famous actress.
I see girls that come in saying they want to loose weight, but they are not fat except around the middle.
When they discover that most of that turns out to be gas you can imagine their delight.
The key is to avoid having these 'stuck' gasses in the bowel. They are pockets of fizzy gas that are stuck in the small and large intestine.
They can be removed with the right approach such as colon hydrotherapy and herbal and dietary help.
Causes are;
eating to fast
drinking fizzies
alcohol
food allergies
certain medication
insufficient or totally lacking beneficial flora
not enough alkalizing foods
too much meat
wrong food combinations
too much sugar and salt
leaky gut, maybe caused by the above
Once the cause is cleared up and the gas removed health can improve and then the occassional mishap won't affect you adversely.
